"The Whitsunday Writers Festival was a wonderful weekend of inspirational speakers, interesting attendees and enjoyable social events. The festival was in a beautiful setting with views of the Coral Sea, it was small and intimate which meant the speakers were relaxed and happy to answer questions and mingle and it was also very informative on a diverse range of topics. I went along out of general interest but I feel I received tenfold the return on my investment and can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone of any age interested in reading, writing and learning."
